Gatlinburg Trip

Our Gatlinburg Trip

On Friday, we were told that my grandmother's cancer is back.  It is in her brain, blood, and bones.  She has scans every three months, so this has just popped up within the last three months.  She had been cancer free for months -- no cancer whatsoever was showing up on her scans.  She and my grandfather had a trip planned to the Smokies this week, so for them to get to still come on their trip, we brought them.  It is my mom, Lisa, Molly, my grandparents and myself.  We have had a ball and loved every minute of it.  Please keep our family in your prayers!!!

Also, we are taking Molly to Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt on Monday to meet her new team of doctors, her geneticist, and her dietitian.  Molly was currently going to UAB, but Vandy seems to be so much more up-to-date on everything! They also support a medicine that Molly will get to try at age one to help protect her brain. Not all patients respond to the medicine, but we pray that Molly will be a responder to the mediciation. And if she responds really, really, really good to the mediciation, she may get to eat more of a normal diet...how wonderful would that be!!! Please help us pray that Molly responds to the medicine!

Love it!!!

Molly at 2 months...and a little more

On the 14th, Molly was 2 months old.  She weighed 10 lbs and 6 oz.  21 1/2 inches long.

Here are a few of her two-month pictures.  These have been the best two months of our lives!!

She looks just like her dad...it's unreal!!  I catch myself saying to her all the time, "You look just like your daddy!"

Smiling at her dad

Just some random pictures

Last Sunday we were presented with Molly's Baby Dedication certificate.  Then my grandmother presented Molly with a Bible.  (Dad was in charge of pictures...this is about the best one we got.)

Hangin' out at Lee Lee and Jo Jo's with cousin Marie.  They were both holding their arms up like this almost the whole time.  They matched so well!!
