20 Weeks

On Sunday, I was 20 weeks.  I can't believe I am already half way there!!  It just seems like yesterday we found out that we are going to be having a baby!  On Monday, we had our doctor appointment and it went great!  She weighs about 11 oz.  Last month she weighed 5 oz., so she is certainly growing!  She had the hiccups during my ultrasound, so that was neat to see.  I have started feeling her move and kick around in there!  Zac still hasn't felt her move, but the doctor said that it may be several more weeks before anyone will be able to feel her by placing their hand on my belly.

I have posted a few pictures from my ultrasound.  She is already stubborn like her Daddy (okay, really like her Momma!) because she held her little arm beside her face almost the entire time.  We were able to get a few pictures of her face, just not many.

I think she's trying to tell us "ENOUGH"!!!!  Or, "Mom, chill.  Look, I've got five fingers!"  So we know that she's got at least five fingers on one hand.

It's a GIRL!!

On February 21st, we found out that we are having a sweet little GIRL!!  Words can't describe how excited we are to meet our little Molly!!!  Her due date is August 7th, but maybe she will come a week or two early...as long as she's healthy!  Here are a few pictures of us telling everyone that it's a girl!

We're having a Baby!!

As everyone knows by now, we have a little one on the way!!  We are so excited and thankful for this blessing we have been blessed with!  I have been meaning to start a blog since we found out I am pregnant, but I am just now getting a chance to start.


The morning I "found out" that I was pregnant, Gage and I headed to Zac's work to tell him our GREAT news.  I couldn't wait until he came home for lunch to tell him.  We didn't mention it to Gage because he is at the stage where he tells EVERYTHING he knows, and I had to take him to Mom's to let her keep him while I went to my "hair appointment."  That's what I told Mom, but I was really going to the doctor to confirm our pregnancy. We wanted to have the doctor's word that I was pregnant before we started telling anyone.



To tell Zac that we are going to have a litte one, I gave him a monogrammed outfit that says "Daddy's Buddy" on it, a card, and the pregnancy test.



While waiting on Zac to get off work so we could start telling everyone, I put together little gifts to give everyone.

We had plans to go eat with my family that night, so it was perfect timing to spread the news.

We are so excited and thankful that we are having a baby.  Please help us pray that our child will be born healthy, will love Christ as we do, and will accept Him into their life one day.  I pray we will be the Godly parents we need to be.
