Molly Update - 29 weeks

Today, Zac and I went back for another try at the 4D Ultrasound since Molly didn't cooperate too well last week. This time she was perfect.

A few of today's highlights:
- She has gained 10 ozs since last week!!!!
- She weighs 3 lbs and 6 ozs.
- She's measuring a week and 2 days early. Last week, it was only 6 days early.
- The tech said, "She is going to be a "big" baby!"
- She is no longer breech...let's hope she stays that way!

Here are a few pictures from today.

That's her foot on top of her head...see her little toes!
Again, check out her lips! Pucker up, Baby!!!
Good picture of her hand and fingers!

Sorry for all the pictures!! There were just so many good pictures of her this time!

Molly at 28 weeks

Today we went for my 28 week doctor visit and for our 4D Ultrasound.  Molly wasn't too cooperative.  She wouldn't turn to where we could see her face, or if she was turned to where we could see her, the umbilical cord was in her face.  We got a few pictures, not many.  They are letting us come back next week to try to do it again.

Notes from today's visit:
  • She weighs approximately 2 lbs and 11 ozs
  • She has "big" lips
  • She has no hair as of now
  • She is breech
  • She has long legs, fingers and toes
  • She was sucking on her toe
  • She measured a week early due to her size

Overall, today's visit went great.  I have some swelling that the doctor said I've got to work on.  I've got to pretty much change my entire diet!  I am now having to go to the doctor every two weeks instead of every four weeks...means we are getting closer!

Chubby cheeks!
Look at those lips!!!
Yes, she was sucking on her toe!
Foot shot...up at her face. In the left of the picture is her ear.

Molly's Nursery

We have almost completed Molly's nursery.  I think it turned out pretty cute!!  We still have a few things to do, but here are a few pictures of her room.

This is a picture of what the room did look like before we converted it into the nursery.  It was my office.
Some of the major things we changed out: put hardwood down, put the glass doors in, painted, and added the chandelier.

Thanks to Dad, Mom, and Lisa for helping us in her room, but most of all, thank you, Zac!!!  He worked his butt off in her room for several days!

Now, we are just waiting for our little girl to make her arrival!!!

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mommas out there!   I hope everyone had a wonderful day!!!  I had a wonderful Mom-to-be weekend!!  Zac and I are so blessed to still have our moms and grandmothers still with us, and I don't know what we would do without them and we love them so much!!  I have one special aunt that's like a mom to me too!!  I know this is Mother's Day, but I have to mention my husband and my dad.  I have one great husband and dad and I love them so much!!

Saturday morning, our Church went to Rainsville and surrounding areas to hand out supplies to the tornado victims.   It was such a touching/humbling experience.  I'm so thankful and grateful  that God watched over our family and our homes during these horrible storms.

Here are a few pictures from Saturday
A  woman lost her life here and her husband is probably not going to make it.
Gage giving some of the kids some of his toys
All of that was hard work!
Later that afternoon, I met up with the guys while they were playing golf.

After golf, I put them to work.  Thank for helping us in yard!

Mother's Day....
This morning, I woke up to Zac telling me Happy Mother's Day, and then he gave me a gift certificate from Molly to have a pregnancy massage!  I can't wait to use it!!

This evening, we had our family over to our house to celebrate the special occasion.

Me and my little girl on Mother's Day!

Easter/Decoration Sunday

Happy Easter!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter and remembered the true meaning of Easter!

The Easter Bunny made a special stop for one special little boy.  Gage has really started getting into the holidays.  He now tells you very specifically what he wants to receive.  This year, it was an orange truck with a brown trailer...and believe me, it doesn't exist!!!  The Easter Bunny finally gave up and got him a yellowish/orange truck and trailer.
He was in deep concentration!

It was too early for him!  I think we had to open his Easter basket.

Check out our color scheme going on!!! Everyone matched!  Also look at the height that runs in my family...we are all pretty much short -- not short, average height!  I am the shortest of the family (I just had on heels that day) and then you have Zac.  It will be fun to see who Molly takes after!

And then the Easter Bunny made a stop by my Mom and Dad's with mine and Zac's basket...yes, I know, I'm pregnant about to have a child, but I'll never be to "big" for the Easter bunny to come see me!
I guess I shouldn't be complaining about Gage telling the Easter Bunny what he wanted in his basket, because I did the exact same thing...and I got exactly what I wanted...stuff for Molly!
That Evening, we went to my parents for a little family gathering.

This is all the guy were interested in
